Dental Space is a dental marketing agency run by Jill Bowers. We work with practices across the United States.

Who we are

Dental Space is based in Cortland, Ohio, and run by Jill Bowers. We work with dental practices across the United States. Over 50 dental practices have been served so far.

We only do dental marketing. That keeps the work focused on what practice owners actually need.

The software behind the work

Everything we do runs on NicheSEO, software Dental Space built. It researches, writes, fixes and reports.

Google and Facebook ads are run with AI. Websites are hand-coded in HTML, CSS and JavaScript and built in NicheSEO. Existing WordPress sites connect through the NicheSEO plugin.

You see the work

Every client gets their own portal. It is where you see the work, the rankings, the reviews, the ad costs and the results.

Where it matters, a person checks the work before it goes live.

What we do

We build dental websites, run dental SEO, manage Google Ads and Facebook and Instagram ads, and look after Google Business Profiles. We also handle reviews and reputation, social media, blogs and content, branding and graphic design, and AI search visibility.

Our branding work includes logos, business cards, appointment cards, letterhead, postcards, referral pads and signs, all designed in house.

How we start

It starts with a conversation. You reach out through the form and tell us whether you are acquiring a practice or launching a start-up, when you close, and what kind of dentistry you practice.

From there we evaluate the landscape and plan the work. Communication stays one-on-one and text-based, so decisions happen fast and nothing adds to your stress.

How we work, in plain terms

Every client runs on NicheSEO, software Dental Space built; the client portal shows a work log with the reason for every change.
Clients own their website and everything built for them, including the domain, the Google Business Profile and the ad accounts.
A client can leave at any time, unless they chose a discounted price in exchange for a commitment.
Dental Space does not guarantee rankings or patient numbers, because nobody honestly can.
Clients get a report every month, and can pull a report in the portal at any time.
Websites are custom and hand-coded in HTML, CSS and JavaScript, never built from a template.
